Our first meeting took place at the charming Hill House incorporating glamping, the second unfolded in the picturesque town of Old Amersham. I can’t praise Tara’s event preparation highly enough. Darren and his team were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. We were served anything but bland hotel fare. Our Indian meal in Amersham was truly outstanding as was Theo Michaels food at Hill House. Elsewhere accommodated viewing of Euros 2024 and the evening was topped off with England winning their match. Our team relished the fact that they weren’t confined to a boring conference room. Our business discussions unfolded in stimulating environments: The Chapel in Amersham and a Marquee with bean bags at Hill House. The team found these settings far more invigorating than a typical hotel conference room.
Working with Elsewhere has broadened our mindset of what our annual offsite can be, and I look forward to collaborating with Darren once again to explore the diverse offsite venues he has on offer.”

“Tara and the Elsewhere team were amazing and have been receiving a lot of great feedback on how well organised the event was.
The planning with Tara was very long having reserved the space for our required dates 6+ months in advance and she was fantastic and helped ease a lot of the pre-planning stress. She was very responsive and beyond helpful going above and beyond to make sure everything was planned out perfectly. The amount of effort that she put into making the event go smoothly was incredible and definitely appreciated.
The event itself was great with many of our foreign guests loving the history of the space and appreciating the classic English charm. The staff working the event were great – super helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The food was surprisingly good too. I have planned several large scale meetings (100 people+) and the lunches usually fall flat with the volume the staff need to prepare but the lunches were really good and definitely enough to feed everyone (personally recommend the classic British menu) and the endless refreshments of the snack station went beyond expectations.
Would definitely recommend booking with Amersham and the Elsewhere team and would not hesitate to book with them again!”

Events like these can be stressful but Tara was always there for whatever we needed and found solutions to all problems. The place is stunning and everyone was enjoying the campus. The venue, equipment, refreshments, food - everything was perfect and the technical support really made it easy for us during the meetings and presentations.
We had a delicious meal in the evening followed by a party with music and lights and it was really impressive how the place got transformed.

I was tasked with organising a two-day, two-night corporate offsite for my wider team of around 30 including quality accommodation, fully catered, with activities including with space to come together as a team and present, collaborate and work in smaller groups.
Given the limited experience I had in organising these types of events I was looking to work with a firm that encouraged and enabled a fully outsourced model, meaning I was presented with a selection of great options across location, logistics, catering, activities and more and all I had to do was choose a few items here and there. Fantastic.
